Holiday time!

Hope everyone had a great holiday! I got lots of polish for Christmas, including my first two essie polishes! I also got two melmers to put all my polish in as well as some great manicure sets.

The puppies made out like bandits. They got a ton of stuffed toys!

Since I didn't get a chance to show off my Christmas nails, here is one of the pre-Christmas manis I did! I used China Glaze Millennium, a metallic silver, with Color Club's Sugarplum Fairy from the Beyond the Misteltoe collection! The BTM collection is a wonderful collection of glitters and Sugarplum Fairy happens to be my favorite!
Here's a look at how it turned out!

Look at all the pretty colors in the glitter!

Pretty for a winter or New Year's Eve mani!
Hope everyone had a fantastic holiday! For me, my favorite part of the holiday season is New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, because of all of the college football on TV! That's all for today!

Secret Santa and Lynnderella!!

So today I wanted to focus on the "pawlish" side. First I wanted to post a picture of the AWESOME Secret Santa gift I got from the very awesome Pennie in Virginia! Pennie sent me several Sinful Colors polishes I didn't have as well as some nail art stickers, nail polish remover pen, buffer, makeup bag, nail jewels and the most handy thing - nail glue! So I just wanted to thank Miss Pennie again for the thoughtful gift!

Also, I wanted to post a picture of one of my new favorite brands of nail polish. It's called Lynnderella and made by the lovely Lynn, who makes the polishes right in her own home. I've been really wanting one of her polishes called Connect the Dots forever (okay, well since I started collecting nail polish in January). Anyway, a bunch of girls decided to get together to place an order since Lynn has a minimum purchase order. The bottles are really cute, and I promise to post a pic of it soon. But just so you can see her lovely polish now, here is a pic of Connect the Dots over OPI's Charged Up Cherry.

That's all for today! Hope everyone has a great Christmas holiday!!

I plan to blog about two of my most favorite things in the world -- my dogs, Zeke and Brinlee and nail polish! I'm not totally up to speed on the aspects of actually putting together a fancy blog like some of my friends, so bear with me while I figure it out.
Thanks for stopping by!!
